Ingredients
Chappathi 4 no
For gravy
Paneer cubes ¾ cup (crush few paneer and keep it separately)
Tomatos puree 4tbsp
Onion paste 5tbsp
Pav bajji masala 1tbsp
Red chili powder ½ tsp
Oil / ghee 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Salt to taste
Jeera for seasoning
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Method
Take oil in a heavy bottom pan, Add jeera for seasoning, then add onion paste nicely fry till it becomes little brown. Then add tomato puree fry well and add all the spices and salt. Mix well add water. Now when the gravy forms together, add paneer cubes and keep in sim. When it boils and becomes a thick mass , add crushed paneer 2 tsp and coriander leaves. Mix well. Switch off the flame.
Then take a chapatti, fill the paneer curry and roll it and serve hot for children. They will love it.
