Put the bread slice in water squeeze out and crumble it in a wide mouth bowl, Crumble potato with finger tips with the bread pieces , now add the corn and coriander leaves with onion and green chilli.Except bread crumbs, We should mix all the spices well with hands like a dough.
Do not add water, with the moisture of the bread and potatoes the ingredients will blend well. Fianlly add the cheese. If it is sticky just add 1 tsp of oil in hand and mix. Check for the salt .
Make even size small balls and keep it ready. if u want refrigerate for 15min. before frying , take the balls from the fridge and immediately roll the balls in the bread crumbs and deep fry it.
